Authority to Leave Vs Signature on Delivery
- Choosing authority to leave means the courier can leave your parcel unattended on your property or in your letterbox if it fits. If your parcel is stolen from your property or letterbox, Australia Post will not compensate for the loss.
- For those in areas prone to parcel theft, we recommend either selecting signature on delivery or having your parcel sent to a PO Box.
